Really good Hospitality and Sea Views
helpful staff convenient location
The staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. The location proved convenient. It was near the seafront and amusements. I returned home with pleasant memories.
Shower pressure was quite low. The lift needs improvement. I hope this will be addressed soon.

a festive, cute stay
immediate care ample space clean room
i felt immediately cared for upon arrival. my luggage was taken directly to my room. i appreciated the cleanliness of the family room and its ample space.
the shower pressure was a little weak , but it did not ruin my experience.

our family room offered plenty of space and included a lovely bathroom. complimentary items were provided , such as shower products , bottled water , various teas , coffees , chocolate drinks , and assorted biscuits.

the staff consistently were pretty good , ensuring every guest felt welcome and comfortable. their dedication was evident , with individual care given to all. the hosts were perfect and always ready to help.

The room was clean. the staff were helpful, especially the breakfast staff. the rooms were comfortable. It was a lovely stay.
The shower pressure was not great. the entrance seemed old fashioned. the lift was not ideal. I found it dated.

spacious room big bathroom complimentary items
i stayed in a family room sea view and it was quite spacious. it had a nice big bathroom. complimentary items included shower gel, bottled water, tea, coffee, chocolate drinks, and biscuits.
the lift wasn't working , inconvenient.

The staff stored my luggage since I arrived early before check-in. The location is a short walk to many destinations. The hotel food included fully cooked options and a selection of cereals plus juices.
The bathroom looked dated and the shower size was small.
